    Want to return your goods for a refund? Send them back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will refund you for all items returned less shipping expense & credit card processing fees. Items must be in brand new condition in order to be considered for a return. Please take care when packaging your Bloom goods - we will not refund you for an item that was damaged in transit due to improper packaging. Include a note with your shipment with your name, order number, and your intention to return the items. We ask that you cover the cost of shipping to us. 


    Need to exchange your item(s) for a different size? No problem. Please mail the goods back to us in brand new condition. Used/damaged goods are not exchangeable. Please include a note with your package with your name, phone number, order #, and the desired items for exchange.
