Returns & Exchanges - International

  • To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in brand new condition and received within 30 days of the original purchase date

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. 

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Duties, taxes, and fees paid at checkout are non-refundable

  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
