Returns & Exchanges

We provide an easy return and exchange process at no expense to you.

To exchange an item for a different size or return an item for 100% of your money back, please follow the steps below.

To be eligible, request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and item must be in brand new condition.

Steps: 

  1. Log-in to your customer account to request and manage your return.
     
  2. Under order page, click request return.

  3. Include a note specifying if you’d like a refund or a different size.
     
  4. We will email you a return label - attach label to package of your choice and drop off at any United States Post Office Location. International customers - please drop package with DHL service provider. 
     
  5. Exchanges will be sent out within 48 hours of receipt of your package. You will receive an email with new tracking info.
  • If your order was placed with overnight shipping, shipping cost will be deducted from refund.
